    Hi all,
    I did a search on “Steve Navra” under the “Guru Watch” section but could not find any thread.
    If one exists would you please post me the link.

    Any comments re Peter’s workshop, investment strategy etc,
    I have heard about his “Optimised Investment Structure”(split 1/3 Property: 1/3 Cash: 1/3 Shares)
    and particularky the use of cash bond to increase serviceability for people who are equity rich but cash poor… What are your views on these ?
