    Hi All,
    Looking for best place to get a Lodoc loan for land and then having a duplex built and if one can borrow more than 80% on this type of deal.

    80% lodoc for constructions is certainly available at standard variable rates.

    Whilst higher than 80% is also obtainable this attracts a higher rate of interest.
