    Hello all, what a great site!

    I live in the Melbourne Eastern suburbs and looking to positive gear several properties. Does anyone have any ideas on which suburbs are best?

    Some of the outer suburbs have new developments. You could try finding a display home on a leaseback from the builder. There are a few pos geared.

    Or try wraps/lease options on older established homes in cheaper suburbs.,
