    Are inner city car park spaces worth a look? If so, any information regarding the following would be appreciated.

    1. Reputable vendors, agents or portals.

    2. Is there any data dedicated to car park spaces available. Example, median prices or expected returns.

    3. Capital growth potential.

    4. Titles.

    5. Outgoings.

    depends were they are and the price.
    I have 1 x on oxford street sydney purshased $65,000, 8% return very little expences and cpi 6% increase.
    I had 14 people wanting to rent before I accepted the current tennent who is on a 12 month lease.
    Not huge returns but the value currently is $85,000 in 6 months
