Can anyone recommend a good solicitor in Tasmania?
The original 11 Second rule, doesn’t seem to work anymore. How do you make properties pay now? I just did the financials on a property that at first glance was within the 11 second rule, but came out as being a negitive cashflow property. How do overcome this?
