I.P. LOANS ????

Hi all,

I find the loan side of property investing to be the most difficult to understand.
Some people have multiple loans/lenders and others have lines of credit.

I would love to start renovating on a full time basis, basically moving from one house to the next, living off the profits.

What loan structure would you guys reccomend?
