I am finally ready to look at property.
Im looking for a reno between Camp Hill and Rochedale / Sunnybank.
Ideally it should feature some or all of the following:
– highset with possible developing underneath
– turn 2 bed into 3 bed
– turn garage into flat
– needs rewiring
– needs A/C
– needs paint, carpet, kitchen / bath redo
– under $250k
– near Bunnings
