    Hi All
    just thought I would post these stats for formites interested in units/apartments.

    Top 5 over 5 year period

    North Perth – 24.4%
    Morley – 20.9%
    Midland – 20.3%
    Mosman Park – 18.9%
    Shenton Park – 18.4%

    At the other end of the scale – Northbridge – 1.5% over 5 yrs

    Northbridge has been on the nose for some time now, however much happening in this area and really worth a look at especially if prices are on the lower side.

    EPRA has done a lot for the area, still has a lot of social problems though IMHO

    Hi Marisa,
    Do you have the stats for East Perth ? I just bought a 3×1 apartment in East Perth for rental.Hope I can find tenants soon.

    Marisa..our Morley IP has shocked us with its CG over the last two years..
