    I’m having difficulty finding a Property Manager for my share house near Cessnock in the Hunter Valley NSW.

    I have had 2 PM’s show interest, but their bosses say NO.

    How could I make it more attractive from a management point of view? ….A letting fee of 2 weeks rent for finding tenants, and/or higher agents commission?

    Any other suggestions would be most welcome.
