Sewerage in Quinns Rocks Perth

Hi,

I have bought a large block of land in Quinns rock (old part) and plan to subdivide at some point in the future. However I won’t be able to do this until the sewerage pipe is put through and I am being told this may be a fews years away. Is anyone else out there doing something similar and do you know when the sewerage pipes will get put through?
