My girlfriend and I own a 240m2 city apartment currently earning $740 a week. It is a valuable property and has dual commercial and residential zoning making it ideal for a home/office business. We would like to sell it and avoid paying commission to an agent of course. Is anybody able to suggest ways for us to market and sell our apartment privately?
    Thankyou.

What if a skilled agent with plenty of developer contacts can get a significantly better price than a person who has never sold before and whose aim is to save money?

Perhaps you might get your money’s worth from an agent?

    Just some food for thought.
