Hi All
To my knowledge here in Qld there is one rate of stamp duty if the property is going to be your PPOR and another rate (approx 1&half% more) if it is a IP.
Wanting to know if you purchase a property as a PPOR (so therefore PPOR stamp duty) but it has a tenant in it. Is there a time frame when you have to move into it by before the government would want their extra stamp duty?
