I have been using the rent manager software program Version 2 (developed by Cashflow Manager PL) with windows xp but have found a few glitches. eg. When I go back to look at the data I have entered in “loan summary” it has been moved around and the months are out of order. Another problem has been with an incorrect closing loan balance showing up on the annual summary.
Has anyone else had problems with this program and/or know of any solutions? It is well past its warranty period so support from the company is no longer available.

Have yo utried the company? Even though it is outside warranty they may be happy to chat to you over the phone and resolve the issue.
Warranties are just bits of paper and I have usually found companies happy to stand by their products. I remember a Victorionox swiss watch I had trouble with – despite it being two years out of warranty I received two new (better) watches from them when I emailed to discuss the problem!
Is worth a try.
