Can anyone help me with finding out how I could get access to other potential investors interested in a property in Adelaide.
The deal is that a large block near the city in Adelaide that can be subdivided is for sale at quite a good price. I would like to buy it, but can’t afford the whole amount. I can afford to go halves.
Lots of these deals come up, what do others do when they come across them but can’t afford to take the whole deal.
Maybe try an ad in your local paper?
