Just wanted to see if anyone has purchased Rick Ottons Lease Option course.
I am living in the USA at the moment, likely returning to Brisbane in 2006. I have purchased L/O course over here and attended a 4 day boot camp. L/O invested is quite popular over here.
I was interested in some information sharing if anyone was interested. It seems L/O’s are a very small segement still back in Oz.

I am familiar with both the U.S. model and it’s Aussie counterpart. IMHO both Rick Otton and Steve McKnight are pioneers in this country in regards to creative real estate investing.
