Can anyone suggest where I would look for information about what areas to purchase property in Adelaide. I am looking for something easily tenantable with good opportunities for capital growth. I think areas around Port Adelaide will be good considering the new $6Bn contract the government has secured.

    HI ZUCAN
If your looking for something easily tenantable with good opportunities for long term, stable capital growth then the eastern suburbs are the way to go. Kensington Gardens, Norwood, Burnside, Kensington Park and surrounding suburbs are all considered trendy locations and solid suburbs for capital growth. I’m selling a large 2br unit in excellent condition in Kensington Park. Please contact me if your interested.
There’s some general info here on the Adelaide market (last page): http://www.homepriceguide.com.au/media_release/Market%20Update%20Edition%203_Jun2005.pdf

Thanks for the response. I’m only in Adelaide for the next few days. Have been looking more in the North East area. Will send some details.
