    I am thinking about paying property spotters for bridging a good deal but I don’t know where to find such people. And I thought somewhere in this forum there is an area just for that – or discussions about particlar deals? Any idea? Any one?

    You could also try Metropole Properties. Check out http://www.metropole.com.au or search Michael Yardney on this site. I have just used them for my first purchase and can thoroughly recommend them. PM me for any other info.
