There have been discussions lately about investing in the USA in order to get positive cashflow.
I ran into a website today which loans to ‘expat australians’ for property.
They appear to loan on property outside of Oz.

They are offering loans in Australia, to people living overseas. Not much help for an Auusie wanting to borrow against an asset located in a foreign country.
