    just letting you all know about the seminar in Hurstville sydney that Steve will be appearing at.

    and also wanna know who’s already booked their tickets and going to it.

    Date: Saturday 4th June Time: 9am-4:45pm Location: Hurstville Entertainment Centre- Manora Auditorium, MacMahon st Hurstville.

    just came back from there, was cool, Steve said something like there is a country he invests now, where you can currently buy a house for cca $7.000 with a weekly rent of $100 and you dont need a gun to collect the rent. Anyone knows where this heaven could be??? …would move there right away!! My guess Bulgaria?? Estonia?? Dubai??

    Its parts of the USA.

    I dont know how accurate the statement about not needing to take a gun with you to collect the rent is though.

    There’s been heaps of discussion about the US on the forums – have a read it may or may not be your cup of tea…
