When buying property on multiple titles (but grouped together on the same block of land), would you have to pay conveyancing multiplied by the number of titles? What about the lender’s property valuation fee? Would they value the lot under one fee, or make you pay for valuing each property/title?

Usually all fees are seperated by title. You can negotiate a better deal though.
