    Hello,
    I am purchasing a 2nd house and am just wondering how much the fees will be. For example, I do not know whether I will have to pay Stamp Duty on the mortgage again (we are getting an extension on teh current mortgage), or if we have to pay more mortgage insurance etc etc. Any help would be appreciated, links to sites etc. Thanks for your help in advance.
