I am looking at buying first IP in OZ and am looking for a recommended conveyencer in Sydney. The property is in Mosamn, so someone from the North Shore or Northern Beaches may be suitable.
If anyone has any heard of a good one in this area I would really appreciate it.

JonerYou don’t necessarily need someone near where the property is. I would look for someone near where you are to make things easier for you (that’s assuming you’re in NSW)
