    Hey all,

    Are there any Brisbane-based valuers out there in forum land who are on this list?

    I’m interested to get a valuation done on a house/land package in a relatively new area of Brisbane, so there isn’t really any history of sales in this particular area… could be tricky.

    I’m more after getting a rough idea than an iron-clad valuation…

    Anyone? Bueller? :)

    Try HTW talk to Gav Hulcumbe he is the residential director and a good mate of mine and he will put you onto whichever one of his guys covers the City.
