    G’day guys,

I’m struggling to find information on Lease Option infveting in Australia.

I am currently living in the USA, and have completed a “boot camp” here dedicated to L/O’s, but want to use this technique when I return to Oz.

i’d appreciated hearing from anyone doing L/O or if you can point me in the right direction of whom to contact.

In specific I’m looking at the Qld market.

    Thanks guys,

    Cheers,

    Batts

I think Richard (QLD’s 007) recomended against doing L/Os in QLD because of the tenancy laws up there. It is probably very hard to make the tenant pay for rates, insurance, repairs etc. Or, it may be easy to get them to do so initially, but if they were to take you to the tribunal down the track you would probably be forced to repay the tenants for these expenses.
