    What is the best strategy in investing in property that has the possibility to subdivide and then be built upon even if the mortgage is much higher than the incoming rent? What is the cost of subdivision? Is this a good way to go to make profit? Has anyone gone through this process successfully? I would value your input – Iam talking brisbane locality.
