    Within the Budget tab of a property you have entered into ID there is an item under the Profitability section called Principal Payments. I have investigated this a little but im still not quite sure how this is calculated and what effect it has on your profit ?

    Hi

    The principal payments reduce the capital amount you ow on the property, so this goes to increasing your profitability.
