    Can anyone recommend an insurance company that they have dealt with and found good? I have just exchanged contracts on my first IP in Melbourne. Now need to get insurance asap. Also how do I know how much to insure for when it is an apartment and only have to insure the inside?

    I can recommend terri scheer insurance brokers ph-1800804016.They have a great landlord policy.
