We are looking to purchase a slightly negleted house to renovate and sell. However there are three or four that could fit the bill. Does anyone out there have a check list of things that the house must have and could have that must be checked before they buy to renovate??

It probably goes without saying but make sure you get a building and pest inspection. I recently signed a contract for what what I thought was a good deal-turns out the inspection saved me about $30000.00 because of a large crack in the slab.
