Hello Everyone
I just attended the Brisbane Masterclass today. Sorry I didn’t meet up with you all. Wow what an amazing day!!!!.
I have been wanting to make the “leap of faith” but have lacked the confidence till now despite owning two homes and building one of them from scatch several years ago and currently having one “Dreaded Negatively Geared Property” that is currently on the market.
So what did you all learn today, I’m interested in sharing experiences.
My learnings for the day? Well I talked to Steve this morning about my lack of confidence and wanting to eventually leave my J.O.B. (Just Over Broke). Having attended the class I now have more confidence in my bability to research and put together deals that are not only win-win but also profitable. The session explaining the “11 sec” solution was just fantastic. Thank you Steve.

Email MeI found Steve’s seminar today (Brisbane May 7) was great. All the basics were covered and then he went onto the nitty gritty. Learning how to bring all the deals down to a simple formula was the best part for me. My calculator will now be a permanent fixture in my hand bag (and a spare one in the car!).
Yeah, it went quite well in my opinion. The only thing i had a problem with was that we had to speed thru some parts rather too quickly.
Maybe future seminars can go into late nights? (If Steve can take it all that is … I have no doubt he can)

What a fantastic seminar. This is the first time I have ever paid hard earned $$$, and I learn that you can get a tax benefit from it, if you already have an investment! Cool! Even managed to get Steve to sign both of my books – thanks Steve!
I thought that my brain would be stretched from stuffing as much information in there about property investing as possible… but it turns out that my hand hurts more from frantically writing everything down than my head!
By the end of the day I’d already signed up to go to the Sydney Masterclass on the 23rd October.
Good to meet those few ppl I said G’day to!

I also attended the Masterclass today and it was great.
Having read both his books I found a lot of the stuff wasn’t new but they had given me a better understanding of Steve’s approach. It was also good to work through examples and to be able to ask or listen to other peoples questions.
You could really pick up Steve’s passion, he is a great speaker, very easy to listen to. John was also an excellent example of how an ordinary Aussie bloke can make Steve’s methods a reality.

It was fantastic. I got a lot out of it. The calculations and the numbers determine what is a worthwhile deal. This is something I will have to work on to completely get my head around.
I am the organiser of the Brisbane Masterclass Meetings. I believe that if we can all stay in touch we won’t go back to old habits and we will be able to motivate each other.
This homework is fun and I’m learning heaps.

Woops – I only posted twice yesterday – Steve will you forgive me. I am making up for it today. I took a lot of time reading and seeing where I could post and as time had got on I thought I had done 3.

It really is motivational to sit down and read through – I am finding out new stuff all of the time.
