Hi
I’ve heard about Property Consulting Companies who go out and do the ground work in finding Positive Cashflow properies for you. Has anybody used them and can you recommend any? Are they expensive to use? I’m a little time restricted at the moment and it would be helpful if the ground work could be carried out for me whilst I build my portfolio. I figure once I have a this underway, I can look for a part time job and begin doing it myself.
