Just thought I would share my story.
Yesterday we went to inspect our IP as we want to give it a face lift before selling.I could not beleive what I saw. The smell,mess,cockraches etc.In the second bedroom there were cigarette butts on the floor obviously the is the ash tray.We thought we would offer a reduction in rent for the inconveince they would be caused while we were painting and tidying in general.Somehow I don’t think that will be happening.I think we need them out. To get in to basically do all that needs to be done.With the amount of stuff on the floors we can’t get to the walls to paint them.Its not what we wanted to do as we would rather sell it with tenants,but to do anything while these people are still there would be a waste of time and money.That is obviously how the choose to live.
