gday all!
just to give you an update – the settlement is on May 26th – not long to go now:)
i’ve uploaded a photo to http://www.landsearcher.com.au/dms/images/yanchep.jpg – this pic shows the view from the front of the block:)
btw, if anyone is interested in the yanchep area – i noticed that they have just starting advertising a new development up there – this seems to be the first one of tokyo’s corporation releases – http://www.capricornproject.com.au/
