    hello,

    my girlfriend and i are buying a house in a trust, she is the trustee. we will live in it.

    will she loose her FHOG? or can we use it later and move into the next place?

    hi terry,

    you think we can use the FHOG later? whom should i ask this question to to clarify in the government?

    just rang dtf and they confirmed if buying in a trust then wont loose FHOG.
