Hi all,
We were just wondering if it was viable/possible set up a family trust and then transfer the title of our home to the trust, and then rent it ourselves (as we may move sometime soon and want to rent it out). Could all renovations etc be deductable then?
I think there might be some issues i.e. Cost of transfer and having to pay out the mortgage. Not sure though.
Does anyone know anything about this?
