    I am runnung windows 98 but have managed to get Detective Investment to work except for the loan finance column. It will not let me enter an ammount. How can this be fixed?

    Thats great that its working for you on 98.

    One of the key features of ID is that you do not have to enter the finance amount, when you enter the property cost and closing cost, you can allocate each value to cash, loan or equity and the finance amount is set for you. Just select the desired option from the drop down next to each amount.
