has anyone looked into these retirement villages that seem to be poping up all over Australia. I was approach to invest in a unit for about $100k and with an income of $615 per month and no outgoings at all.
the rent was guaranteed for 5 years even if unit empty and the income was linked to CPI.

    any comments

Just be careful, these are usually hard to finance and hard to sell and can have management problems.
