Can anyone give me an indication of what it would cost to get a 730 Sq M block subdivided and ready for building.
It is currently zoned R30 and in the Cambridge Council area of Perth metro. I want to subdivide into 2 and get green title for both properties. So I would be looking for council costs here.
It has an uninhabitable 3 X 2 single story residence. So I need to demolish and clear the land and terminate existing utilities.
There will be costs to provide utility services to what will become the 2nd building.
Anything else?
best to talk to local surveyor, or one who knows shire regs etc.. is it stirling?
