Looking for a Spotter

I am an Australian living and working here in Jakarta full time interested in a +CF IP in Sydney (all areas), Melbourne (costal areas) or possibly Brisbane in order (in order of preference).

Obviously given the distance my ability to pound the pavements and seek out deals on the ground is limited; hence I am inserted seeking a reputable Spotter with a proven track record.
