Just thought I’d share this one:
It’s a commercial property for sale in Chidlow WA (about 45 clicks from town) for $450,000.
Property is a small shopping centre of five shops….
…with four of the shops vacant! …and have been vacant for at least a year.
An optimistic vendor?
Perhaps it’s built out of gold bricks!
