Well i have just read Steves second book. If your out there Steve i thought it explained a little bit more than the first & i enjoyed it, however.
A lot of the mappers in the book, seemed to make a lot of money from onselling or sourcing properties for other people. Where do these people come from? How do you charge them large sums of money & is it legal if your not a register buying agent? Is there a legal binding document for them to sign before you fill them in on all your hard earned research?
