Redcliffe Rental Wanted

I have friends who are seeking a long term rental in Redcliffe. They are a young married Christian couple with 15 month old baby and 2 dogs, and looking to spend $200 pw on preferably a 4 bed fenced home. They have been in their current rental at Redcliffe for almost 18 months but are finding it a hotbox and seeking something more comfortable.
