Hi – my first post here and I’m loving it! Im going crazy as I dont know where to go from here. Construction completion of my new home is due this month – not interested in moving into it. My situation is:
Potential sale price: $ 385,000 approx
4 bed, dlug, spec home located on Central Coast (NSW)
Land purchased: Jan-04
Potential weekly rental: $ 260
Finance: $225K IO Loan = $1350 per month
Salary: $65,000
Age: 24
IP Aims: To maximise income stream from my investments. I have an open mind about location & type of property.
Any ideas would be greatly appreciated!
