    Hi there,

    I am just getting my head around some of the things in the standard contracts so I know what they are.

    – Can anyone tell me the difference between a s149(2) certificate, and a s149(5) certificate ?
    – Do i need a s149(5)?
    – Re the cooling off period. the contract talks about a certificate that complies with s66W of the Act. Does anyone know what this is about ?
