Paying capital gains tax on a foreign property?…Does anyone have any experience with this? If i live and reside in the US and bought a house in let’s say Turkey…would I be responsible for capital gains tax..IF SO, is there a way around it?
Check with US and/or Turkey tax authorities. [blink]
