    Hi, I own my own property worth 330,000 which I currently live in. I am thinking of moving to another place in the same area worth 330,000 as well. How do I figure out how much money I will need to move? I know real estate agents charge about 2.5% which is 8250. But I have no idea how much money I will need all up or how I work it out with stamp duty and moving costs and everything. Could someone please tell me how I work it out?

    That will help you out with stamp duty etc.
