    Hi,

    Can you help me?

I’m looking for one or two people who are
    either:

    1. Thinking about selling, or
    2. Have a property on the market at the moment

because they are worried about possible movements in interest rates.

If you fit the bill then can you please either send me a personal message asap? Otherwise, reply to this post and I’ll email or PM you.

    Thanks,

    Steve McKnight

    Hi Steve,

Sorry I am in neither position, and as such can’t help. But your question has sparked my curiousity; are you looking at negotiating a good deal with someone who may want out of the property market??? (which I’m sure will be a few once IRs start to escalate).

    Cheers,

    Jo

    No Jo.

Someone I know in the media would like to speak to them about a story that is unfolding.

    Bye,

    Steve McKnight

    Hi Steve :

Bye the way , your Books are great , The MAP was excellent and the book was highly enlightening.

I just sold a vacant block, simply because im speculating that the land wont have extra-ordinary gains over the next 5 or so years ? Pure speculation, decision was based on interest rates and what appears to be a slowing and even slight reversal of some property prices.

    Cheers

i put a unit up for sale june last year, but didnt get any offers after 3 months.
it was giving a 8% yeild too!
i ended up keeping it, got bodycorp to approve lock up garages which go in once we get council approval.
moving back into it for the next 12 months and refinancing. then sitting back and wait for some direction in the market.
    cheers
    shaun
