    Hello,

    Can anyone help me with this.

    We have just purchased the Buyer Beware toolkit and was completing the case study with the Cairns Beach Resort.

    When I checked the solution here, http://www.propertyinvesting.com/t1solution , the template itself is different.

    On the first page down the bottom it says “Adjusted annual rent”, but the templates I have don’t have this.

    Also, the solution has “Rent of….. per NIGHT” whereas the templates come with WEEK placed in that box.

    Whassup with that?

    What version do you have? If it gives you a version..
