I currently have a house that i am individually renting out the rooms to different people. Hence each room has been rented out on an individual lesas. Until know i have been managing the property. Due to change in my circumstance, i will no longer be able to manage this property. I am looking for information regarding the legalities behind this. Does anyone know of any agents that i could speak with about this? Any information would be greatly appreciatted.
You could call the tenancy board in your state and see what they say and also call a few local agents to see if they will manage for you at what cost etc.
