    I was wondering is there any websites that listed the sales price (or sales price range) for suburbs in SA and QLD?

    Hi jcls79,
    you’d best of checking with the local REAs for their sales. I found this to be quite effective (for smaller areas – mind you).
    Other than that, you could buy this info from the States Rei website (from memory), just type in http://www.reiq.com.au or do a google search on real estate institue of QLD/ SA – then contact them.

    Hope it helps. I have gone thru the local REAs, but I live in a rural area.
