    Hello there,
Is there anyone who knows if there is a different way of doing things in S.A. , because so far it seems that wraps are illegal here. Is lease option a possibility ?
    Thanks,
    Mitch.

    Hi Mitch,

Lease options are definately possible in SA. There are plenty of people doing them.

LOs are OK, but i have heard they have to be carefully created so as not to look like an installment contract or they too could be illegal.
